How can something as delicious as Hasselback potato’s be so easy to make? Seriously these are the number one food I break my diet for < sigh, there is always next Monday right? haha
To make Hasselback potato’s a main meal, stuff them with diced bacon, chives and cheese yum!
Hasselback Potatos
Cook time: 60 mins
Ingredients:
4 potatos
4 tbsp butter melted
2 tbsp olive oil
Good pinch of salt and pepper
Favourite herbs optional
Instructions:
Peel potatos and using a flat bladed knife, slice deeply into the potatoes ensuring you don’t cut all the way through leaving them intact at the base.
Place potatoes into a roasting dish and brush with melted butter or olive oil.
Roast at 180c in fan forced oven for 60 mins or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
