This sauce is still only good forÂ aÂ treat although the ingredients a re a lot healthier it still contains calories < when we work out how to make a chocolate sauce with no calories we will let you know haha
Cook time: 3 mins
1 cup of coconut sugar or rice malt syrup
1 tbsp natural cocoa we use natures way
2 tbsp coconut oil
Â½ cup coconut cream
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a saucepan on med to high heat.
Continually stir and bring to the boil.
Turn heat down to a simmer and stir for a further 1-2 minutes.
Pour into a container or jug.
Sevres: 200 mills
Tip: Due to the coconut oil this sauce will set harder, if you want it in a sauce consistency add back to the microwave for 20 seconds.
