Healthy Chocolate Chia Pudding

This healthy chocolate chia pudding can be eaten any time of the day < yep that’s right even breakfast!

Super quick to make and you can prepare it the day before wanting to eat it so it is ready to grab and go!

Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/4 almond milk or your favourite milk.
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Natures Own cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or rice malt syrup
  • Raspberries to garnish

Method

  1. Instructions
  2. Place the almond milk, cocoa and syrup into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Pop in the chia seeds and stir through.
  4. Place in the fridge to thicken overnight, I use mason jars for mine.
  5. The next day scoop into a bowl and top with fresh raspberries.
  6. Enjoy
  7. Serves 1
