This Gluten Free Berry Green Smoothie is a great go to drink not only for breakfast but also good for when those 3pm sugar cravings come around. Perfect for kids afternoon tea, it is sweet and I tell my little ones it is an Oscar The Grouch shake < works every time.

Healthy, delicious and quick to make yum!

Gluten Free Berry Green  Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 banana roughly chopped
  • 3 large frozen strawberries chopped
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions:

  1. Place the Spinach leaves, kale and coconut water in a blender and blitx until smooth.
  2. Add other ingredients and blend for a further minute until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!

Serves: 1
