Gluten Free Berry GreenÂ Smoothie
1 cup chopped kale
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1 banana roughly chopped
3 large frozen strawberries chopped
Â½ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup coconut water
Place the Spinach leaves, kale and coconut water in a blender and blitx until smooth.
Add other ingredients and blend for a further minute until smooth and creamy.
