Cook time: 3 mins
1 cup of sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp butter
Â½ cup cream
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Place all ingredients in a saucepan on med to high heat.
Continually stir and bring to the boil.
Turn heat down to a simmer and stir for a further 1-2 minutes.
Pour into a container or jug.
Serves: Approx 200 mills.
Tip: Add a few chilli flakes to make a chilli chocolate sauce, you can also add 3 drops of peppermint or orange essence for different flavours as well.
