I decided that balls are always well received, so I whipped up a few batches of these Cherry Ripe balls, they were a hit from everyone who tried them. Nice and sweet and great texture, I used chocolate condensed milk which I didn’t even know existed until I saw it in Aldi < amazing!
1 packet choc ripple biscuits
3 cherry ripes
1 tin chocolate condensed milk 397gr from Aldi
1 Cup desiccated coconut
Coconut to roll in
2 drops red food dye
Chocolate sprinkles for rolling
Place biscuits and Cherry Ripes into a food processor and blitz fine.
Pop mixture into a bowl with condensed milk and coconut.
Place coconut, chocolate sprinkles and red food dye into a plastic bag and coat untill coconut turns a pink colour.
Roll into balls and coat in co coconut mix.
Pop on a tray and into the fridge for 3 hours until firm.
Eat and enjoy!
Tip: If you want firmer balls let them set over night in the fridge!
