Not long before Christmas we were given a box of Cherry Ripes < I know right who gets given a full box? Anyway I wasn’t complaining but I really wanted to make a few recipes that we could use to take to friends houses over the festive season.

I decided that balls are always well received, so I whipped up a few batches of these Cherry Ripe balls, they were a hit from everyone who tried them. Nice and sweet and great texture, I used chocolate condensed milk which I didn’t even know existed until I saw it in Aldi < amazing!

Check out our other sweet and savoury balls here!
